* Create and implement effective SEO strategies
* Recognize client KPIs and adjust campaigns as necessary
* Complete onsite and offshore SEO chores with a high level of quality.
* Effectively determine a client\'s organic performance
* For impact visibility, one must have a good understanding of Google\'s algorithms.
* Continue to expand your SEO knowledge while keeping your campaigns active.
* Research keywords to help content teams
* Examine technical SEO problems and provide fixes.
* Optimize landing pages, sponsored search copy, and website content.
* Projects directly related to off-page optimization, such link building
* Work with the PPC and social media teams to improve campaigns.
* Follow developments in SEO and integrated marketing

* Experience in a position as a manager of SEO, SEM, or a related position

This phase will assess the candidate\'s technical expertise and English proficiency. There are 20–30 MCQs in this round, and you have the allotted time to complete them.
### Technical Round
Face-to-face interview to assess a candidate\'s technical aptitude for the role, such as coding skills for trainers, digital marketing acumen for sales and SEO applicants, etc.### HR Interview
