Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 4+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic search performance.
* Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
* Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and how to influence them.
* Experience with technical SEO, including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS best practices.
* Proficient in keyword research, link-building strategies, and SEO content optimization.
* Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, reporting, and deriving insights.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Immediate availability to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings.
* Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities and gaps.
* Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, images, and content for search engine visibility and usability.
* Analyze website analytics, SEO performance, and backlink profiles to monitor progress and identify optimization opportunities.
* Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all marketing efforts.
* Stay updated on the latest search engine algorithms and changes in SEO trends.
* Create comprehensive reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, conversions, and recommendations for improvement.
* Manage and optimize Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
* Work closely with web developers to ensure technical SEO issues are addressed.
