We are looking for a skilled SEO & Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and paid search (Google Ads) campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and boost conversions. You will work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure successful online marketing campaigns that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* SEO Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
* Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.
* Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
* Collaborate with content and web development teams to optimize content and ensure proper website structure.
* Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
* Google Ads Campaign Management:
* Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, and Shopping Ads).
* Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
* Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, ensuring ROI for paid campaigns.
* Continuously refine ad copy, keywords, and landing pages for better conversions.
* Data Analytics & Reporting:
* Provide detailed reports and actionable insights for SEO and Google Ads performance.
* Analyze and interpret campaign data to make data-driven decisions.
* Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and trends.
Requirements:
* Proven experience (2-5 years) as an SEO and Google Ads Specialist or similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of SEO factors, search engine algorithms, and ranking strategies.
* Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns and understanding of PPC best practices.
* Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and Google Ads platform.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
* Experience with social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram) is a bonus.
* Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
