Job Description
We are in the lookout for a talented Content Writer to create compelling blog posts, white papers, product descriptions, social media content and web copy. We\'re looking for someone who can expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online content. You should have had a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive leads. This role requires high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material.
Key Responsibility:
Research Excellence: Conduct in-depth research to develop a strong understanding of topic matter, audience needs, and competitive content.
Content Development: Produce high-quality content for blogs, websites, product descriptions, Brochures, and promotional materials that align with SEO and marketing strategies.
Proofreading and Editing: Rigorously edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the brand voice and guidelines.
Content Optimization: Apply SEO best practices including keyword integration, meta tags, and content structuring to enhance organic search engine performance.
Analytics Monitoring: Use analytics tools to monitor content performance and make data-driven reports to present in front of decision makers to improve content strategies and user engagement.
Editorial Calendar Management: Plan and manage an editorial calendar to schedule timely content production aligned with marketing campaigns and seasonal trends.
Skill sets/Experience we require:
* Proven work experience as a Content Writer, copywriter or similar role
* Portfolio of published articles
* Experience doing research using multiple sources
* Familiarity with web publications
* Excellent writing and editing skills in English
* Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics
Pedigree:
* Bachelors/Masters in English, Journalism, Marketing or related field
