* Highly skilled in setting up reports and provides accurate and helpful advice to help colleagues in understanding the results, Substantial, up to date knowledge of technologies supporting web resources and their content and functionality
* Maintains a sound working knowledge of the interaction between web resources and related web server technologies.
* Understands database structure and programming issues, develops clear database specifications, and maintains excellent skills in SQL.
