Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our websites, driving organic traffic, and improving search engine rankings. This role requires a solid understanding of SEO best practices, analytical skills, and the ability to stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithms.
Key Responsibilities:
* On-Page Optimization: Perform keyword research, optimize website content, meta tags, and URL structures. Ensure the website adheres to SEO best practices.
* Off-Page Optimization: Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
* Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to optimize content for SEO, including blogs, articles, and landing pages.
* Technical SEO: Conduct technical SEO audits, identify issues, and implement fixes to improve website performance, crawlability, and indexability.
* SEO Analytics: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
* Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, including rankings, traffic, and conversions. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in our SEO strategy.
* Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
* Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital platforms.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* At least 1 year of experience in SEO, preferably in the IT industry.
* Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
* Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website administration.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
* Familiarity with PPC campaigns and social media marketing.
* Basic understanding of other digital marketing channels (e.g., SEM, email marketing).
