Responsibilities:
* Optimise product pages for relevant keywords to improve search rankings.
* Conduct SEO audits for the e-commerce site, addressing technical issues and enhancing the user experience.
* Collaborate with the content team to create product descriptions and content optimised for SEO.
* Implement on-page SEO elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, and product URLs.
* Develop and execute a link-building strategy to improve the e-commerce site's authority.
* Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) like organic traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
* Stay updated on e-commerce SEO trends and implement strategies to outperform competitors.
* Utilize data from tools like Google Analytics and e-commerce platforms to make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
* 1-2 years of specific experience in e-commerce SEO.
* Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Woo Commerce) and SEO tools.
* Strong understanding of product page optimization and e-commerce SEO best practices.
* Knowledge of technical SEO aspects relevant to e-commerce sites.
* Analytical mindset to interpret e-commerce data and identify areas for improvement.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Adaptability to changes in search engine algorithms affecting e-commerce sites.
