Job Description:
The SEO executive is responsible for improving the websites of clients to increase web traffic. They focus on keyword research, limiting the repetition of content and building links. He/She works on technical audits, site-migration and works with the cross-departmental team in implementing recommended SEO changes for improved site visibility in search engines.
Responsibilities:
* Develop content optimization strategies that increase client\'s search engine results rankings
* Research SEO keywords to use throughout the websites
* Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
* Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
* Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
* Work on backlinking Strategies to Drive Traffic and Domain Authority
* Understanding of on page/off page SEO concepts
* Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
* Ability to summarize data concisely
Requirements and skills:
* Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of recent history of Google algorithm updates
* Knowledge of the core fundamental principles of SEO and its purpose
* Knowledge of programming languages such as PHP and JavaScript, HTML/CSS
* Knowledge of social media platforms and its usage
* Ability to multi-task and open to changing direction
