Job Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development:
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Identify and target key audiences to maximize brand exposure.
Content Marketing:
* Create and oversee content marketing plans, including blog posts, social media content, videos, and email campaigns.
* Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
* Manage and improve all company website SEO performance.
* Monitor keyword rankings and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
Paid Advertising:
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
* Monitor ad spend and ROI, making adjustments as needed.
Social Media Management:
* Develop and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms.
* Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and manage online communities.
Email Marketing:
* Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage existing customers, and drive conversions.
* Develop cold email outreach strategies to generate leads, expand the customer base, and initiate meaningful business relationships.
* Monitor email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting:
* Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
* Online Visibility: Increase the company's online visibility and brand awareness.
* Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through digital marketing channels.
* Website Traffic: Drive organic and paid website traffic, improving visitor engagement.
* Conversion Rate Optimization: Improve conversion rates across digital channels.
* Content Quality: Ensure high-quality and relevant content across digital platforms.
* Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, optimizing ROI.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Website Traffic: Monthly unique visitors, page views, and bounce rate.
* Lead Generation: Number of leads generated through digital channels.
* Conversion Rate: Conversion rate from website visitors to leads or customers.
* ROI: Return on investment for digital marketing campaigns.
* Social Media Engagement: Likes, shares, comments, and follower growth on social media platforms.
* SEO Performance: Keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and backlink profile.
* Content Performance: Content engagement metrics (click-through rates, time on page, etc.).
* Advertising Metrics: Click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Academic Requirements (Any one mandatory)
* Masters of Business Administration

Job Requirements
* Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role
* Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS
* Experience with SMM / PPC & Paid advertising
* Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
