We are looking for an SEO Specialist to help us optimize our existing and future content across all publishing mediums, including our YouTube channel, and Social. The applicant should have a curious mind and an ability to identify and prioritize content that will be most relevant and engaging to our audience. The role requires a passion for our mission, a desire to reduce food waste in India. Your ability to stay up to date on the latest SEO rules and algorithms, problem-solve and make decisions quickly, and build for long-term success will be key to your success in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Drive traffic, conversions and ROI by doing and/or overseeing competitive analysis, keyword research, content creation, website, App experience optimizations and link building.
* Measure and report on the effectiveness of the campaigns by using industry-leading tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Moz.
* Monitor the performance of the campaign closely and consistently to proactively flag issues for the team and work collaboratively to resolve.
* Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accounts
* Create required deliverables based on research following established process, applying critical thinking skills to reach accurate conclusions and recommendations
* Meet regularly on a scheduled basis to review weekly, monthly reports, upcoming strategy execution.
Requirements & Skills
* 3+ years of experience managing SEO across written, audio, and video content
* Passion for using SEO and digital marketing to grow businesses
* Proficient in: SEO audits, keyword research, SEO content writing/optimizations, and link building.
* Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of core SEO principles and the latest best practices. ferociously consumes content from SEO thought leaders and has either written their own thought leadership content (or can if given the opportunity)
* Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and problem solve
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with website optimization tools
* Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
* Self-motivated, proactive and dedicated to generating results for our clients.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
