Job Description

We are looking for a talented and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization techniques and strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase online visibility. You will work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to implement effective SEO tactics and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and search engine rankings.
* Perform keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for website optimization.
* Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and content, for targeted keywords.
* Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues related to site structure, crawlability, and indexing.
* Collaborate with content teams to create and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
* Build and maintain high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority and search rankings.
* Perform competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the SEO strategy.
* Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in web design and development projects.
* Provide recommendations for improving user experience and site speed to enhance SEO performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
* Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
* Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
* Experience with on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website administration.
* Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or others.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with local SEO strategies and tools.
* Knowledge of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and how it integrates with SEO.
* Understanding of web design and development best practices.
* Experience with eCommerce SEO.
* Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
