Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform ongoing keyword research and discovery, expansion, and optimization.
* Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
* Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy for SEO.
* Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps in content or areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with content marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation.
* Track, report, and analyze website analytics and campaigns using SEO tools.
* Recommend and implement changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
* In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Familiarity with content management systems, especially WordPress (experience with Divi or similar themes is a plus).
* Understanding of local SEO, voice search optimization, and mobile-first indexing.
Preferred:
* Experience with SEO tools like Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
* Prior experience with website migrations, schema markup, and rich snippets.
* Familiarity with Rank Math or Yoast SEO plugins.
