Position Overview:
As an SEO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and enhancing online visibility for our clients. Leveraging your expertise in SEO best practices and emerging trends, you will develop and execute strategic initiatives to optimize website content, structure, and performance across various search engines. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement actionable strategies to maximize our clients' digital presence and ROI.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and trends.
* Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings.
* Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and site architecture for search engine crawlers and user experience.
* Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
* Generate regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.
* Collaborate with content creators, developers, and designers to integrate SEO best practices into website development and content creation processes.
* Provide SEO recommendations and guidance to clients, addressing their unique business objectives and challenges.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic.
* In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
* Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other web analytics platforms.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
* Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
* Certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing (preferred).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
