We're looking for a Shopify and Digital Sales Administrator to enhance our online presence and e-commerce efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store.
* Implement and update product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
* Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize the online customer journey and improve sales conversions.
* Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and provide insights for inventory management.
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales service through digital channels.
* Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and Shopify features to continually enhance our online store.
* Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of Shopify with other digital tools and platforms.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in managing Shopify platforms and digital sales.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and SEO strategies.
* Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and customer-centric approach.
* Knowledge of the fashion industry and sustainability practices is a plus.
