Job Overview: As our Social Media and Content Manager, you will oversee all social media channels and content creation strategies for 10 Hills Studio. You\'ll play a key role in engaging with our audience, creating compelling content, and driving brand awareness and growth. This role will require you to collaborate with graphic designers and manage both organic and paid social media efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and more.
* Create, schedule, and manage posts that reflect the brand\'s voice and aesthetic.
* Work closely with graphic designers to produce visually compelling and on-brand content.
* Monitor and manage community engagement, responding to comments and interacting with followers.
* Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (boosts, ads) to drive growth and conversions.
* Track and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
* Keep up to date with the latest trends in streetwear, sneakers, and fashion to maintain relevance in content.
* Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader company goals.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing social media and content creation, ideally for fashion or streetwear brands.
* A deep understanding of streetwear, sneaker culture, and fashion aesthetics.
* Proficiency with social media tools such as Instagram, Facebook, and scheduling platforms (Buffer, Hootsuite).
* Strong skills in content strategy, copywriting, and community management.
* Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Boosts).
* Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics to drive performance.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
