Job Description: Social Media cum Customer Relationship Executive
Location: Lucknow (On-Site)
Job Summary: As the social media cum Customer Relationship Executive for our esteemed jewellery showroom, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, engaging with our online community, and ensuring exceptional customer service both online and offline.
Pay Scale: 20K-30K
Key Responsibilities:
* Social Media Management:
* Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
* Create and curate compelling content creation for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
* Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
* Customer Relationship Management:
* Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly and professionally across all online platforms.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through personalized communication.
* Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
* Handling Outbound Calls.
* Handling and Managing Product Photography.
* Content Creation and Marketing:
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with marketing initiatives.
* Write engaging blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
* Monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
* Event Coordination:
* Assist in organizing and promoting showroom events and exhibitions.
* Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure successful event execution.
* Brand Promotion and Collaboration:
* Identify and engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote our products.
* Explore collaboration opportunities with other brands and organizations to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
* Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
* Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and online marketing.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Experience in customer service and managing customer relationships.
* Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
