Key Responsibilities:
1.Social Media Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Set measurable goals for campaigns, aligned with business objectives.
2. Content Creation & Management:
- Create, curate, and manage published content (text, images, videos) that resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure content is on-brand, engaging, and follows best practices for each platform.
3. Trend Analysis & Implementation:
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and new features across platforms.
- Implement trending tactics, creative ideas, and emerging social media tools to keep the brand relevant and ahead of competitors.
4.Community Management:
- Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster positive relationships with the online community and influencers to increase engagement.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.).
- Provide regular reports with insights on engagement, growth, and recommendations for improvements.
6. Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach wider audiences.
- Track campaign performance and optimize for conversions, ensuring a good return on investment (ROI).
7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and other marketing team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Coordinate with other departments for promotions, product launches, and special events.
8. Crisis Management & Online Reputation:
- Monitor and manage the brand\'s reputation on social media.
- Act quickly to address negative feedback or potential crises, maintaining the brand\'s positive image.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and emerging trends.
- Experience in building and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and the ability to create engaging content across various platforms.
- Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.
