Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and promote our diverse offerings across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Creation & Management:
* Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
* Create visually appealing graphics and videos to highlight products, services, and events.
* Community Engagement:
* Foster positive interactions with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
* Engage with relevant communities, influencers, and partners to amplify our reach.
* Strategy Development:
* Assist in developing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
* Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content and campaigns.
* Campaign Execution:
* Plan and execute social media campaigns that promote Sangeetha Studios, Smiles Child Development Center, and Cosderma Institute.
* Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
* Analytics & Reporting:
* Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to improve future strategies.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance engagement and reach.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience in social media management, preferably in e-commerce, healthcare, or education sectors.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
* Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
* Passion for community engagement and social impact.
