Key Responsibilities:
* Social Media Management:
* Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
* Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.
* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels.
* Meta Ads Management:
* Planned, executed, and optimized paid social media campaigns, particularly on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
* Analyse ad performance and provide reports with actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
* Internal Team Coordination:
* Collaborate closely with content creators, graphic designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and timely delivery of social media content.
* Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams to align on campaign objectives and timelines.
* Client Communication:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding social media projects.
* Understand client needs and provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations based on campaign performance.
* Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Analytics and Reporting:
* Track and analyse social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and others.
* Prepare detailed reports to present to clients and internal teams, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in social media management, Meta Ads management, and client communication.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
* Experience with Meta Ads Manager and other social media management tools.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
* Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, email marketing) is advantageous.
