Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience through various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that promote our textile showroom, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and graphics that showcase our textile products.
* Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.), ensuring consistent brand voice and message.
* Campaign Development: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to boost customer engagement and sales.
* Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, responding promptly to foster a positive community.
* Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, generating regular reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align social media strategies with overall business goals.
* Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to keep our strategy innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
* Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in retail or fashion-related industries.
* Skills:
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
