EXPERIENCE: Fresher OR min. 6 months experience in social media marketing & practical experience in computer applications like WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, COREL DRAW etc...
JOB PROFILE:
AS SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER:
\\* Handle Social Media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin etc.)
\\* Create Advertisement content, image graphics and videos based on ideas shared by Director or sales manager and posting it on social media.
\\* Handle client inquiries and respond to their queries. Maintain & update reports of sales inquiries from social media.
AS SALES CO-ORDINATOR:
\\*Responsible to Co-ordinate with Director or Sales Team for preparing quotations & sending it to clients.
\\*Managing Customer Communication and Correspondence by email, phone or whatsapp)
\\* Managing Documents filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form.
\\*Preparing various Reports or MIS in Excel as required.
\\* Assist in general admin & other back office work.
