Job Summary
Client Service Executive will be the strategic relationship manager and effective communicator between the agency and the client.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Meeting & Coordinating with the clients to understand their offline/online advertising requirement
* Effective communication both with the client and internal execution team.
* Assisting in new client acquisition by attending pitches, new briefing sessions and periodic meetings as per senior management's instructions.
* Making sure that the client's requirements are handled effectively both through communicating with the client and maximising agency output.
* Building healthy relationships with the clients and striking a professional rapport for smooth handling of the account.
* Handling the overall responsibility of Budget, Project Plan and deliverables for each client.
* Maintaining a clear track of ongoing jobs through reliable methods of job allocation, job report collection and scheduling tasks for seamless progress of projects and internal clarity.
* Handling monthly account planning meeting with the whole team and discussing each account's newly identified or demanded needs with the team and formulating a strategy for the upcoming month with the team in concurrence with the discussion.

Required Experience and Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year experience in Client Servicing Role
* Advertising Agency experience is a plus
* People's person who can strike a rapport with clients with diverse needs, values and attitudes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
