* Manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to company websites or landing pages.
* External Audience Communication:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for external communication via social media channels.
* Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online customer feedback.
* Cultivate relationships with influencers and industry professionals to enhance brand visibility.
