Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation on Social Media:
Identify and research target audiences on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) based on demographics, interests, and pain points related to overseas education and immigration services.
Create and execute strategic social media marketing campaigns to attract high-quality leads. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to enhance lead quality and quantity.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per lead, etc.) to determine successful strategies and areas for improvement.
Manage and distribute leads to tele counselors based on their individual expertise.
Keep a close watch on online leads, ensuring timely follow-up and effective distribution.
Stay updated on lead generation trends to create relevant and impactful content and campaigns.
2. Content Creation and Curation:
Develop and manage engaging content (e.g., blog posts, videos, infographics) to educate and nurture potential leads.
Curate third-party content to add value and build brand credibility
Ensure content aligns with the company\'s branding and messaging guidelines.
Engage in online discussions and communities to build relationships and discover new lead generation opportunities.
3. Team Leadership and Management:
Serve as a team leader for the tele counselors
Take regular updates from tele counselors on lead progress and conversion rates.
Ensure individual and team targets are met for tele callers.
Monitor personal targets for lead generation and conversion.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and strategies.
Provide guidance and support to tele counselors to improve their conversion rates.
Identify training needs and organize skill development sessions for the team.
4. Reporting and Analytics:
Track and report key performance metrics related to lead volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Provide regular updates to management on the success of lead generation and team performance.
