Responsibilities:
Content Planning & Posting:
Work closely with our Marketing Head to develop, create, and produce videos, including promotional, product, marketing, and company videos.
Develop comprehensive content plans for all our social media platforms.
Create engaging and innovative content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Manage the posting of static images, carousel posts, reels, videos and stories across all platforms.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule to maximize audience engagement.
Check the analytics and growth of the page.
Work on the content plan according to the analytics.
Story Planning and Design:
Design and plan captivating stories for our social media pages.
Ensure stories align with our brand voice and aesthetic.
Community Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
Foster a positive and interactive community by engaging with our followers.
Videography:
Shoot high-quality video content for our social media pages.
Ensure video content is visually appealing and aligned with our brand standards.
Script Writing:
Collaborate on scriptwriting for social media reels and other video content.
Contribute creative ideas and scripts for ad videos to enhance our marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to use Canva for designing stories is a must.
Videography and video editing skills are a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
NOTE: CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE SUCCESSFULLY MANAGED AND GROWN ATLEAST ONE SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
