Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage the company\'s image cohesively to achieve our marketing goals.
As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company\'s views creatively.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence, ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
* Define the most important social media KPIs.
* Create and manage content (text, images, video) that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
* Design and implement social media campaigns and promotions.
* Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency.
* Track performance metrics for social media efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, platforms, and trends.
* Analyze competitors' activity and come up with ideas for improvement.
* Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and suggest optimizations.
* Work with influencers and other third parties to amplify our social media efforts.
Requirements:
* Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
* Hands-on experience in content management.
* Excellent copywriting, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
* Experience with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
* Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
* Knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
* Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
