Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and execute our social media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, a passion for architecture and design, and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences. You will play a key role in managing our clients' online presence, helping them reach new audiences and achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for architects, interior designers, and real estate clients.
* Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, articles) to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
* Monitor and analyze social media performance across various platforms, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
* Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages to foster strong relationships between brands and followers.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure optimal strategy execution.
* Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and cohesive social media content.
* Manage multiple social media accounts for clients, ensuring consistency in voice, style, and engagement.
* Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and drive conversions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably with experience in the architecture, interior design, or real estate industries.
* Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) and their respective best practices.
* Ability to create visually engaging content that aligns with design and real estate aesthetics.
* Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
* Creative thinking with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
* Knowledge of social media advertising strategies, including budget management, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Background in architecture, design, or real estate marketing.
* Graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
* Experience in video editing or creating Reels and Stories.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
