We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website. You will manage social media content, campaigns, and community interactions to foster engagement and growth across all major platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to align with business goals.
* Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
* Monitor, respond, and engage with the online community, including customer queries, feedback, and comments.
* Analyze social media metrics and performance to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns.
* Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and new platform features to optimize performance.
* Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and reporting on ROI.
* Develop partnerships with influencers, brands, and other key stakeholders for collaborations and promotions.
* Conduct regular competitive research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of trends in the industry.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, trends, and tools.
* Excellent communication and writing skills.
* Ability to develop creative and engaging content.
* Analytical mindset to measure, track, and report on key social media metrics.
* Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.
* Familiarity with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
* Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms.
* Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
Preferred:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
* Experience working in a digital marketing agency or with multiple clients.
* Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
