Nova Studios HQ is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our innovative team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our clients' online presence and engagement. You will work closely with our creative team to create compelling content, manage social media accounts, analyze performance metrics, and stay updated on industry trends. Responsibilities
* Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for clients.
* Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Manage social media accounts, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
* Collaborate with the creative team to create visually appealing and compelling content.
* Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
* Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
* Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
* Work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives and tailor social media strategies accordingly.
* Stay abreast of changes in social media algorithms and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
* Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Day Shift)
