Job Overview:
The Social Media Manager (SMM) will be responsible for Developing, Implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms to drive Brand Awareness, Engagement, and Lead Generation. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Email Marketing, Content Writing, and e-mail campaigns. They should be well-versed in the latest trends and developments in Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and objectives. Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos. Ensure content is optimized for each platform and audience.
* SEO & Analytics: Implement SEO best practices to enhance social media content visibility and search engine ranking. Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
* Email Marketing & Campaigns: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate email marketing with social media strategies.
* Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities to build and maintain positive relationships with the audience.
* Collaborations & Partnerships: Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other partners to enhance social media reach and effectiveness. Coordinate with internal teams for cross-functional campaigns.
* Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new techniques and technologies to improve social media performance.
Qualifications:
* Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on Social Media Management, SEO, Email Marketing, & Content Creation.
* Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
* Skills: Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
* Strong understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
