Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and strategic Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. This role combines the responsibilities of managing our social media presence and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content creation, with the ability to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with broader marketing goals and enhances brand presence across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and other platforms.
Social Media Account Management: Oversee daily management of social media accounts, including posting content, monitoring engagement, and interacting with the online community.
Ad Campaign Management:
o LinkedIn Ads: Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns to target key demographics, generate leads, and increase brand visibility.
o Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): Develop and manage ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, focusing on audience targeting, campaign performance, and ROI.
Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
SEO & SEM: Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic, search engine rankings, and overall online visibility.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and social media activities, using insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy across all digital channels
Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing, applying new ideas to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in a combined Social Media and Digital Marketing role.
Expertise in LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram advertising, as well as social media management.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics tools.
Excellent communication, content creation, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
