We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our online communities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
* Create, curate, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
* Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and industry trends.
* Engage with the target audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
* Build and maintain a strong online community through social media interactions.
* Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
* Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling visual content.
* Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
