We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence, improve our marketing and sales efforts, and drive measurable results through performance marketing. This role will collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to create engaging content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement social media strategies: Create and execute social media plans that align with business goals, targeting specific audiences across various platforms.
- Content creation and curation: Design, write, and curate engaging content (text, image, and video) that reflects the brand's voice and tone.
- Manage social media platforms: Oversee all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Engage with followers: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner to foster a community and enhance customer relationships.
-Monitor and analyze performance: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
-Performance marketing: Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across social media platforms, focusing on driving measurable results such as leads, conversions, and ROI.
-Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up with the latest social media and performance marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital landscape.
-Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns.
-Manage social media advertising: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement, ensuring cost-effective ad spending
Qualifications:
- \\*\\*Bachelor\'s degree\\*\\* in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Strong content creation skills,including writing, graphic design, and video editing.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Knowledge of performance marketing techniques and tools, with a proven ability to manage ROI-driven campaigns.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with influencer marketing.
- Knowledge of social media advertising, including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
