Role Overview: We seek a proactive and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and enhance our online presence. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, as you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Cambridge Education Group\'s business goals and target audience.
* Content Creation: Develop engaging content (text, images, video) tailored to various social media platforms to promote our services and enhance our brand presence.
* Social Media Management: Manage daily activities on our social media channels, including posting, scheduling, and interacting with followers to foster community engagement.
* Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
* Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective.
* Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and business initiatives.
* Customer Engagement: Address inquiries and feedback on social media platforms promptly and professionally to build and maintain positive relationships with our audience.
* Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content adheres to our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and style across platforms.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a social media manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
* In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Quora, Website, etc.) and best practices for each.
* Proficiency in social media management tools.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and clear messages.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
* Experience in the education or immigration sector is a plus.
