M A Real Estate is seeking a Social Media Manager with 2+ years of experience in real estate. You will manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, shoot and edit videos, and be the on-camera face of our brand. Your work will drive online engagement and highlight our real estate projects to a broad audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts plan, schedule, and post content regularly. Respond to social media inquiries to improve engagement.
- Video Content Creation: Shoot and edit high-quality videos for property tours and promotional content.
- On-Camera Presence: Be the on-screen representative for property tours, updates, and testimonials.
-Content Strategy & Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative content ideas.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with social media and marketing trends in real estate.
Requirements:
-2+ years of experience in social media management and video creation, preferably in real estate.
- Proficiency in video production, on-camera presentation, and social media tools.
- Creative and capable of working independently and with a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and analytics.
- Experience with real estate marketing strategies.
