Job Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of social media professionals and multiple agencies
* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Cosmic Pickles
* Create engaging content and manage content calendars
* Grow and manage online communities across multiple platforms
* Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Performance, SEO, Category Marketing)
* Experience with influencer marketing and paid social media advertising
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
