About the Role
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies for our diverse client base. You will work closely with graphic designers and video editors to create engaging content that resonates with our clients' target audiences.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing plans for clients across various industries, including Jewelry, FMCG, Clothing, Food & Restaurants, Real Estate, and Education.
* Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant social media posts.
* Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality visual content.
* Provide guidance on content creation, including topics, tone, and style.
* Schedule social media posts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 1\\* to 1.5 \\*years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with a focus on brand management in various industries.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative and strategic thinker.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
