We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Copywriter to join our team.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader for our Social Media Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing social media strategies, particularly within the E-Commerce sector. This role requires an individual who can lead a team, manage high-profile clients, and efficiently handle all interactions with platforms such as Meta without requiring senior management intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the social media team, ensuring alignment with the overall digital marketing strategy. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Social Media Optimization (SMO): Develop and implement effective SMO strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all social media platforms.
Advertising Expertise: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media advertising campaigns. Ensure the effective use of budgets and resources to drive maximum ROI.
Client Management: Work closely with E- Commerce clients, understanding their needs, and delivering customized social media solutions that align with their business objectives. Ensure client satisfaction by providing top-tier service.
Problem Solving & Meta Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for any issues related to social media platforms, particularly Meta (Facebook, Instagram). Resolve problems efficiently and independently, maintaining a strong relationship with Meta support teams.
Premium Client Handling: Manage and nurture relationships with premium clients, ensuring their social media presence is robust and delivers results.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on team leadership and client handling.
Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience working with E-Commerce clients, with a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
Technical Skills: Proficient in social media advertising, particularly on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform strategies.
Problem-Solving: Proven track record of resolving complex issues related to social media management without the need for senior management intervention.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and platform support teams.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
