Position: Social Media Manager
Location: Surat, Gujarat *(Candidates must live in Surat or be willing to relocate)*

Are you passionate about social media, creative content, and branding? Join our dynamic team at Urban Suburban as our new Social Media Manager.
We are looking for someone who is:
\\* Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva for designing eye-catching visuals.
\\* Strong in verbal and written communication (English) for content creation, community engagement, and sales interactions.
\\* Skilled in InShot or other video editing apps to create and edit videos and Reels.
\\* Experienced with basic videography to shoot high-quality content.
\\* Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations and reports.
\\* Comfortable with Microsoft Excel to track and analyze performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Post regularly on Instagram and monitor performance metrics.
2. Collaborate with the co-founder to develop engaging Instagram content.
3. Stay updated on social media trends for timely and relevant posts.
4. Work with the team to shoot content, including behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage.
5. Edit videos for Instagram Reels and ads.
6. Assist in implementing marketing strategies and creating website content.
7. Design Polyvores for color options and Meta ad creatives.
8. Plan photoshoots and select images for marketing.
9. Manage Instagram inquiries, DMs, and comments.
10. Research and identify content creators for collaborations.
11. Coordinate with PR, content creators, and stylists.
12. Prepare weekly performance and analytics reports.
