Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Create compelling content for social media platforms, including text, image and video content.
3.
Manage and maintain the organization's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
4.
Monitor social media channels for trending topics, news, and relevant conversations, and leverage them for content creation.
5.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
6.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
7.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into strategy development.
8.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
9.
Work closely with other departments, such as customer service and product development, to address customer inquiries and feedback received through social media channels.
