Key Responsibilities of a Social Media Manager:
* Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the brand's overall marketing objectives and goals.
* Create and curate engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
* Monitor social media accounts and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
* Analyze social media metrics and use data to optimize content and improve engagement and reach.
* Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates, and make recommendations for new features or tactics to enhance the brand's social media presence.
* Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, content, and digital marketers to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.
* Identify and engage with key influencers and partners to increase brand reach and engagement.
* Monitor and manage the brand's online reputation and respond to any negative comments or reviews.
* Manage social media budget and provide regular reports and analysis to the leadership team.
