Job Description

As a Social Media Manager at Infiniqe Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve clients\' marketing goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Strategy

* Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with clients' marketing objectives, target audience, and brand voice.
* Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to identify new opportunities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media plans into overall marketing campaigns.

Content Creation & Curation

* Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia formats.
* Curate relevant and shareable content from various sources to supplement the content calendar.
* Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Community Management

* Manage and moderate social media communities, engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries or issues promptly.
* Foster a positive brand image by monitoring conversations, maintaining brand voice, and implementing community management best practices.
* Identify opportunities for user-generated content and encourage user participation.

Campaign Execution

* Collaborate with designers, developers, and copywriters to develop compelling visuals, ad copy, and landing pages for campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
* Plan and execute social media campaigns, including contests, collaborations, influencer partnerships, and paid promotions.

Social Listening & Analytics

* Monitor social media platforms for mentions, trends, and relevant discussions, leveraging insights to inform content strategy and identify opportunities.
* Track and analyze key social media metrics, including engagement, reach, conversions, and customer sentiment.
* Prepare regular reports showcasing campaign performance, trends, and actionable recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS

* A bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a social media manager, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt the tone and style for different social media channels and target audiences.
* Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
* Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging social media content and campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data, derive insights and make data driven decisions.
* Familiarity with social media advertising and knowledge of targeting, audience segmentation, and ad optimization.
* Ability to multitask, manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency across social media channels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
