Location: Ahmedabad (UK Shift)
Timings - 2:30 PM -11:30PM
Monday to Friday (5 days working)
Budget: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive with a strong background in managing social media platforms and delivering viral content. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging content, understanding social media algorithms, and managing brand presence across various platforms, including LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media accounts by creating and curating high-quality content.
- Leverage platform algorithms to maximize organic reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Develop viral content (posts, videos) with a proven track record of generating millions of organic views.
- Craft compelling and engaging copy for social media posts, campaigns, and brand messaging.
- Handle online review management and foster positive customer interactions across social platforms.
- Assist in personal branding efforts for LinkedIn profiles, particularly for senior executives.
- Design visually appealing content using Canva and assist with basic cinematography for social media videos.
- Monitor social media trends and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in social media management.
- Proven experience in creating viral content with millions of organic reach.
- Proficiency in social media platform algorithms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong copywriting skills with a creative approach to messaging.
- Experience with review management and customer engagement.
- Expertise in LinkedIn personal branding.
- Basic skills in Canva design and knowledge of cinematography (theoretical and practical).
- Excellent English communication skills (7.5/10 or higher).
- A portfolio showcasing viral posts/videos and social media campaigns is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with influencer marketing or social media collaborations.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance tracking.
