Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and drive our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and content creation.
Responsibilities:
\\* Create a monthly schedule for all social media platforms.
\\* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
\\* Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including posts, videos, images, and stories
\\* Manage and optimize social media accounts across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
\\* Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community
\\* Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
\\* Conduct competitive social media analysis and stay abreast of industry trends
\\* Collaborate with other marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency across all marketing channels
\\* Stay informed about emerging social media platforms and technologies
Qualifications:
\\* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
\\* Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management
\\* Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
\\* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
\\* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\\* Passion for staying up-to-date on social media trends and innovations
Additional Desired Qualifications:
\\* Experience in social media advertising
\\* Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
