Job Description
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to target audiences.
- Audience Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and manage community engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze social media metrics; generate reports on campaign performance and audience insights.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with social media trends and best practices to keep content relevant and effective.
- Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and ad performance.
- Strategy Development: Assist in developing social media strategies aligned with business objectives and brand voice.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and advertising tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
