We\'re on the hunt for a Social Media Maestro (2years of exp.) who doesn\'t just know how to post but knows how to *captivate*. If you live and breathe social media, can whip up killer content in your sleep, and have a flair for leading a team while keeping clients happy, you might just be the missing piece we\'re looking for!
What You\'ll Do:
* Strategize Like a Boss: Craft and execute social media strategies that make our brand (and our clients) impossible to ignore.
* Content Wizardry: Write irresistible content—posts, blogs, captions—you name it! Your words should make people stop scrolling.
* Client Whisperer: Be the go-to person for our clients, making sure they feel heard, happy, and always in the loop.
* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of creatives (social media coordinators, designers, writers), ensuring they\'re all rowing in the same direction.
* Tool Time: Master social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, and Canva. Plus, you should know your way around Facebook Ads Manager.
* Data Geek: Track, analyze, and report on social performance. You\'ll know what\'s working and what needs a little tweak.
* Trendsetter: Stay ahead of social media trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table before anyone else does.
