Your responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management:
* Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
* Create and maintain a social media calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
Content Creation:
* Create engaging and visually appealing content (images, videos, infographics, etc.) for various social media platforms.
* Use basic photography and videography skills to capture high-quality images and videos for social media use.
* Edit and enhance photos and videos to align with the brand\'s aesthetic and messaging.
Community Engagement:
* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
* Foster and grow community engagement through interactive posts, stories, and live sessions.
Events & Webinars:
* Promote company events and webinars through social media channels.
* Create pre-event and post-event content, including live streaming and real-time updates during events.
* Collaborate with the events team to ensure cohesive promotion and coverage.
Thought Leadership:
* Brainstorm and create content for key company stakeholders, positioning them as a thought leader in their respective domain.
* Manage Linkedin profiles of relevant stakeholders.
* Develop and share thought leadership content that positions the company as an industry leader.
* Collaborate with internal experts to create articles, blog posts, and other content that showcases industry insights and expertise.
Internal & External Newsletters:
* Create and manage the content for internal and external newsletters.
* Ensure that newsletters are engaging, informative, and aligned with the company\'s branding and messaging.
Internal Marketing & Branding Activities:
* Support internal marketing initiatives and branding activities.
* Create content to promote internal programs, employee achievements, and company culture.
Analytics & Reporting:
* Track and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
* Provide regular reports on social media activities and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
Collaboration:
* Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and other team members to create cohesive and compelling content.
Trends & Innovation:
* Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
* Experiment with new content formats and strategies to enhance social media engagement.
Our requirement

* 3-4 years of relevant experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.
* Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
* Basic photography and videography skills with experience in using editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
* Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
