Key Responsibilities:
* Develop & Implement Paid Ads strategies on Meta platforms.
* Extremely Important - Must have the skills to be compliant with Meta policies, and not get the Facebook page or Ad account suspended. If the page or ad account gets suspended, the candidate must be skilled enough to get it back working again.
* Collaborate with the sales team regularly to optimize Ad campaigns to generate more lead conversions.
* Co-ordinate with the design and content team to create engaging visuals and copies
* Implement Re-targeting strategies to maximise conversions and increase ROI
* A/B test ad creatives and copy to optimise campaign performances.
Qualification:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing Meta paid advertising campaigns.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Power Editor, and other relevant tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Creative Skills: Ability to collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality ad content.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication
