Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
* Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
* Identify key social media trends and opportunities to enhance brand positioning.
Content Creation:
* Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
* Develop a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posts.
* Design and edit visual content, including graphics, videos, and infographics.
Analytics and Reporting:
* Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Twitter Analytics.
* Track KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance data and insights.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
* Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
* Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
* Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
* Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
