Responsibilities
* Will be responsible for Creating marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
* Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages interested audience to become client.
* Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages including advertising, product development, and brand management, by working with staff and managers from different departments of the company.
* Collect customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
* Report progress to senior management
* Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
* Research and monitor activity of company competitors
* Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.
* Assist in other marketing activities by involving in counselling clients, increasing sales, managing events, etc.
Requirements
* Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
* Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
* Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
* Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
* Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
* Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
* Fluency in English

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
